London Marathon 2027

How to take part
Apply for a charity place and take on this unforgettable challenge.
We have a limited number of charity places available, so please complete the application form with as much detail as possible.
How much does it cost?
If your application is successful, it costs £100 to register, and we ask you to raise at least £2,500 in sponsorship.
You will receive a charity running vest, a fundraising pack and one-to-one support to help you reach your target.
Where does the money go?
Every pound you raise will help specialist clinicians and researchers at Royal Brompton & Harefield hospitals make the breakthroughs they need to diagnose, and act, faster.

What better way to say thank you for the outstanding care my daughter had at Harefield hospital than setting myself the ultimate challenge and running the London Marathon. I feel privileged to be able to raise money and give back to the hospital that gave my daughter back to me.
