Fun Run and Family Day

A powerful way to support robotic-assisted surgery at Harefield Hospital

Join us on 6 September for the Harefield Fun Run and family day, a much loved community event celebrating the incredible people and life-changing care at Harefield Hospital.

Set in the beautiful Harefield countryside, the Fun Run offers welcoming routes for runners walkers or rollers of all ages and abilities. Whether you take part to say thank you, in memory of a loved one, or simply to enjoy the day, every step helps make a difference.

After the run, stay and enjoy our Family Day, with food, music and activities for everyone.

Key information

  • Choose your route: Take on our 4 mile cross country course, or choose the shorter route which is suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs.
  • Start time: registration opens at 9 am and the run begins at 11 am.
  • What you will receive: Every participant will receive a commemorative t-shirt and medal to mark the day.
  • Family friendly event: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • A run for everyone: This is a cross-country route but most importantly, it’s a Fun Run, not a race.

Not running? No problem.

Come along and enjoy the Family Day with food, music and activities for all ages. Entry to the Family Day is free and everyone is welcome.

I had my heart transplant last year and was so excited when I could sign up for the fun run – it’s a rite of passage. My consultant me on the day and supported me around the course. It was the best feeling when I reached the finish line!
